Flu is a contagious illness caused by influenza viruses. It is spread easily from one person to many people through out sneezing, coughing etc… In fact, if a person breathes in the air with influenza virus, they can have high risk to get flu.


Getting flu will have many signs and symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, headache, sneeze, loss of appetite etc…These signs and really annoy you and they will be relieved with medicination or with the time.

The influenza virus types A, B, and C is knows as the main cause of flu. Both type A and type B flu viruses are responsible for the seasonal outbreaks of flu. Type A flu viruses are found in many different animals, including ducks, chickens, pigs, and horses. Influenza B viruses circulate widely only among humans. Apart from getting this virus through out contacting to infected people, you can have this virus by touching a contaminated surface and then touching their mouth or nose etc…

Not many contagious diseases, it not necessary to diagnose flu because through out your signs and symptoms you can easily detect it.

Treating flu is often carried out at home that is combined between relaxing and medications such as aspirin, paracetamol etc…You can prevent flu by vaccinate flu combine with keep good hygiene, and avoid crowd where influenza viruses can be easily attack people.
